This group unites endeavors that uncover exotic use of RF and other ranges of radiation that undermine the health of the public. Our goal is to help ensure that such technology is not used to harm the public by providing research reports to the FCC and Department of Health so that these technologies of subliminal programming and/or inducing/triggering illness are identified and removed from all mediums of the public sphere.

The ESUI group promotes justice against all exotic use of communication technology designed to experiment on the public without the public’s informed consent. The following conditions are initially set in identifying exotic subliminal and unhealthy radiation usage on the public:

I am Jason, the founder of this group whose inception began in 2010 after at the time experiencing eight years of life without watching commercial television. I had noticed a feeling of nervous upset every time I would coincidentally pass a TV with commercial programming. I had and still find TV disturbing to my nerves. It feels like both a sharp piercing voice and seductive feeling into submission leading me with a sense of great repulse to my nervous system.

I started sharing that experience with friends and their connections and in the summer of 2016 I came across some rather disturbing patents commissioned by the DoD on ways to use television to induce a nervous system response inducing emotions unaware to the viewer.

I then began to wonder whether a person's brain can be rewired from the consumption of such stimuli especially with associated imagery on a subconscious and subliminal level. Through the recent years of getting this project together I have found support from folks that choose to remain anonymous that have commissions from DoD and other inventor type friends that have opened up to the possibility of this societal intrusion, with their help in recommending what hardware to get and what methods I should partake in the study and this project as a whole.

Generally a transmission may be flagged for study if the transmission does not solely transmit a message of communication. The transmission maybe a continuous tone, a repeated rhythm of tone or a message that is transmitted with a carrier tone used for subliminal or unhealthy purposes with or without associative programming with the communicated message. If the transmission over mediums does not serve exclusively and only for direct and conscious communications then those transmissions need to be questioned. In order to rule out transformer radiation, multiple sites from contributors must confirm the same presence of transmission.

Questioning those frequencies and transmissions first would require filing a FOIA with the FCC to identify the agency or group responsible for those transmissions. If and once identified then that agency or group would receive our FOIA request in questioning the purpose of those transmissions. If their response is not deemed within reason among our group or the public then our group would be inclined to solicit an inde pendent research group to assess that frequency and transmission its short term and long term effect on the human nervous system.

This study makes use of a number of software and hardware tools to collect and process data. The tools used are separated by phase of study:

Identification of unique sub and above audible range that have been documented in published patents to exhibit nervous system response:1. Debian Linux box.

• ATSC with record function for the collection of TV programming samples over the digital airwaves.
• SoX used with scripts for looking below 20hz and below 100Hz.
• Gummi LaTex editor for transcribing in TeX format then to PDF.
• ffmpeg for conversion of media as well as frequency band high and low pass, before using with SoX.
• Identification of correlation between audio and placebo audio (below and above audio removed) with frontal lobe EEG data:1. GNUplot for charting of the collected EEG data.
• MUSE EEG headset.
• Android Software: Mind Monitor, for connected EEG band to Android phone via bluetooth for real time data collection from 5 probes of the frontal lobe. Measures Alpha to Theta.
