Observations of ELF EMF Activity Anomalies Correlated with an Atypical Depression Episode: A Self Reported Case Study from August 18-19, 2025
This paper presents observations of Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) Electromagnetic Field (EMF) activity anomalies recorded during the night of August 18, 2025, through the morning of August 19, 2025. These anomalies are correlated with a personal episode of atypical depression experienced upon waking, spanning from approximately 5:00 AM to 9:30 AM, during which the subject struggled to get out of bed. Key anomalies include a prolonged artifact at midnight lasting 20 minutes with magnitudes up to 1.5 μT, and two shorter but more intense artifacts not exceeding 15 minutes each, reaching up to 1.7 μT in amplitude modulations. The study explores potential links between ELF EMF exposures and mood disturbances, using time-series data visualizations of magnitude in μT (Micro Tesla Units).

Preliminary Observations on the Effects of Sub-Audible Frequencies in Television on the Human Nervous System
This study investigates the potential effects of sub-audible Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) modulations, ranging from 0.5 Hz to 20 Hz, embedded in commercial television programming on the human nervous system. These frequencies, purportedly capable of inducing emotional responses such as passivity, anger, or relaxation, are examined for their association with on-screen imagery. Using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) spectrograms and EEG monitoring, the study aims to identify correlations between ELF signals and neurological responses. Preliminary observations suggest anomalous sub-audible signals in commercial programming, absent in public access broadcasts. The study raises concerns about uninformed public exposure and calls for further controlled research to assess potential societal impacts.
