Infrasound Federal Communications3 Commission 45 L Street NE W80ashington, DC 20554 Dear Commissioner3s, I am writing to e3xpress my concerns3 regarding the regula3tion of infrasound in comm3ercial television broa3dcasts. This issue ha3s remained lar20gely unaddressed for 3 decades, allowing for the unchecked influence of3 these frequencies3 on the human nervous sys 3tem. The work of Ross Adey from the Depar3tment of Defense il3luminated the psychol3ogical ramificat3ions of infras3ound, which may have been exploited by pri 3vate interests3 and elements within t3he so-called "deep state3." His findings contribut 3e to understanding programs li3ke Operation Mockingbird , where media3 was reportedly manipul3ated to sway public opinion. The use of inf3rasound within such cover3t operations fur 3ther underscor3es the necessity for3 regulatory overs3ight. Despite existing c3lauses aimed at cont3rolling sublim3inal messaging in br 3oadcasting, many techniques\227including t3he underlying ef19fects of i3nfrasound\227have evaded scr 3utiny65. This lack of regulation al3lows undue influence over vi3ewers without their knowledge, r 3aising ethical concerns about audience m3anipulation. In light of thes3e factors, I ur20ge the FCC to consider impl3ementing regulations 3 that specificall3y address the use of3 infrasound in medi3a. T70o support this re3commendation, I have conducted pr3eliminary r 3esearch examining the presence of low-f3requency electroma3gnetic fields with t3he nervous system of 3 unique signatures wit3h recommendations f3or further s3tudy65. My findings can be acce 3ssed: Pr17eliminary Obse3rvations on the Effects3 of Sub-Audible Fr18 equencies in T93elevision on the Human Nervous System 3 at esui.cc and also at3tached to this tra3nsmission. This r3 esearch reinforces3 the critical need f3or regulatory m3easures that prot 3ect the public from3 potential psychological and emot3ional harm caused by inf3rasound. As guardians of comm3unications standar3ds, I implore t3he FCC to prioritize this 3 issue for the sake of public well-3being and to ensure tr3ansparent media pr3actices. Thank you for considering t3he implications3 of infrasound in br 3oadcasting. Sincerely66, Jason Page Independent Resear3cher
